depends on where you live i had zero problems at my 1st place 2nd place tons of issues...i got a brand new stove, dishwasher...free hotel when they needed to dig up my closet, etc. AND they gave me a student discount off my rent.

yah there was talk of training me for management. glad i dodged that bullet. esp since i doubt the teenagers would listen to someone a few years older and i know the old timers would have felt some kind of way.

they arent raising wages but keep raising rent yeah thats unfair but landlords do have a lot of work and responsibity in maintaining their properties and keeping them livable
