another major medical insurance company made me take a simulator test and then a language and grammar test that was hard as fuck. so get this, i pass both tests. i go to the interview and they put us all in a room and all these people talking abt how they failed the language test. they make us fill out all this onboarding paperwork. this one lady says shes been there before and they hire on the spot so im thinking...ok im good. she calls this one dood with all these degrees...so im like...oh..people with harder jobs have individual jnterviews but theyre about to hire me. she calls a second person...then calls ME...im like WTF...no im supposed to be with the group theyre immediately hiring....but no...remember i passed both tests? well lo and behold i have to go to a fucking panel interview and she goes "now this hiring manager is rejecting most applicants so dress professionally". i can not begin to tell you how mad i was!! people who didnt even pass their stupid fucking test got hired on the spot! but no im sent to a man who hates everybody. panel interview was fucking intense, too. cant wait to tell them to shove it! and if they reject me they really arent hiring any goddamn body!

depends where and what youre doing. verizon wireless only hires 3% of the people they interview. one job i interviewed for and waiting to hear back they had a interview and two tests you had to pass then a second panel interview with 3 managers. so no, they dont just hire anybody unless its like Dial America were you telemarket and thats with sales quotas and shit. also if its an easy call center to get into its probably 24 hours and as a newbie youll be right back on 3rd shift working weekends.

wow. you must really hate your job. call center work is extremely stressful - its not for everybody. good luck. also... @ the interviews i had everyone was looking for experience center workers. i think the reason is if you arent accostumed to it they know you wont make it.

i hope you took all those huge ass knives from her before you let her loose *checking all doors and windows and making sure theyre locked* i feel like going out. bored. but im staying home. i dont go out on this day. i wouldnt have left the house if i hadnt scheduled those interviews.

we have more food money than we need coming now. i subscribed to yummly to search through it and find some new recipes. i wont have a job for one more month so i guess ill be spending that time in the kitchen.

what are you talking about?? it was fucking amazing. maybe yall dont know what to order. also, food places in SC are great... some of the best... especially in Charleston, SC... TWO restaurants from there made the top ten in the nation.

i didnt want to say because people here wish me bad luck... but everyday i was out of work i got 2-3 call backs just from posting my resume on careerbuilder. the job market is saturated as fuck right now. i actually had two job interviews today. KN will be fine... he has way more qualifications than me.

i went ahead and applied for EBT and got approved for hundreds of dollars a month. way more than i spend. so i am looking up recipes to try out. our problem is we like to eat out a lot.

yuppidy yup yup then after 6 months ill probably go back to AFLAC but only if they offer me bunches of more money. (basically, the bonus and raise i was looking for the whole time. ) the lady that interviewed me said i was "perfect" for the job and she usually has to talk to all kinds of crazy people... or she said "you can't imagine the people that come through here." She told me i was hired on the spot but told me not to say anything because the head hunters were suppose to extend the offer to me. Then the head hunter called and said it was unusual for their client to say a candidate was "perfect" for the job. I know my worth and im not settling for less than a $5 raise from AFLAC... fuckers.
