I was spelling..extremely slowly...for her the word "centerview" When i got to the i she asked me how to write it I was like maam i have no idea what you mean by that She says..no ones ever asked you how to write i? I said no and i didnt know what to tell her She goes "sometimes i is a 1" I said maam never in my life have i seen the letter i written as 1 within a word I swear to god @ghostrek get yer grannie off my phone!

I keep seeing people in my bipolar support group mention it but people say mixed up results regarding it. I had horrible anxiety the start of this year. Couldn't sleep...it was just excruciating. My meds didn't help ans my doctor wouldn't change my meds. I seriously considered suicide but as a last ditch effort i found a therapist She actually helped a lot and gave me a lot of cognitive tools to battle my anxiety. Im great now and doing great at work. So maybe try that before the cbd oil?
