It's a bank, so benefits are always good. More structured schedule, as wire operations is pretty cookie cutter hours. Salary, I haven't been hourly in forever... so no overtime, ever. It's a change, but the risk is these positions are typically eliminated when change occurs because they cost the bank money (shortsighted thinking, as we actually save the bank a ton of money by correcting peoples fuck ups).
