  1. It's no different from any other watch. If I bring in this Seiko, anybody who knows his watches better than I do can open it, look at serial numbers, movement numbers and the overall workmanship to see whether it's real or fake and since I'm not offering it for resale, he has zero motive to give me the wrong information.
  2. So, how did this jump from Jean Caroll to any kids?
  3. Does the stain on the dress match any of Don's output? A guilty man has no reason or motive to offer a sample output.
  4. Okay, so who was he supposed to give that sample to, three years earlier?
  5. Don seems to be the guy rooting for the release of Epstein's documents as well as other documents, such as the pilot's flight manifests.
  6. How convenient... People introduce new evidence all the time at both criminal and civil trials. The judge jusr made a lame excuse to ignore relevant information, simply because he knew it would clear Don.
  7. You only regurgitated the judge's cover story, which was all conjecture and hyperbole. An honest and unbiased judge would have simply had the stained dress compared to a known stain from Don, just like in any criminal trial.
  8. You're every place except on the mark. A DNA sample could even be taken from a spent cigarette these days. You don't need a semen sample.
  9. So, why did the judge conveniently reject Don's offer of DNA evidence?
  10. Why did the judge refuse Don's offer of DNA evidence?
  11. Then, just start buying stuff made in America.
  12. He's not humoring anything. He could lose his mercantile license for shenanagans like that.
  13. How about the fact that this wasn't a criminal trial? The bar is set much lower in civil trials than criminal trials in terms of evidence rules. That, and why did the judge refuse Don's offer of DNA evidence?
  14. The jury in this case was deliberately lied to and misled by the judge, and the prosecuter while Don and his lawyers were barely allowed to say yes or no at their own trial.
  15. No, that's your personal shit superimposed on what was actually said.
  16. Sorry, pal... it's already been authenticated. I took it to Palace Jewelers for a battery and it's unmistakable to the man who installed the battery.
  17. From biased judges who kept all of the evidence in his favor off the record. Nice try. If you're going to shop around, looking for a judge who had already decided on the case before any procedings have started, you can convict an elm tree of sexual assault.
  18. My Skagen didn't come with any tarrif and neither did the solar powered radio I just bought. The receipt is not relevant. It's about where you're buying things and what you're buying. If you're going to buy a new car, there's probably a hidden tarrif. If you're going to buy a ten year old car, no tarrif. Roll with that on everything you buy.
