So it's almost time for Episodes 1 and 2 of UBW, except that Xfinity is showing a one-hour slot for just Episode 2... of the 2006 Fate anime. I think it was like this last week, too, though I didn't think anything of it at the time. No unique episode blurb either, just an awkwardly-worded blurb for the DEEN show. Pretty ramshackle, inn't it?

Hi. Just posting here to wipe the dust off, get this back to the top, and provide an update. I haven't forgotten about content ratings, oh no, but I still have some work to do before my next update. Sorry guys... I mean, you'd think I'd at least have gotten the last clip for Memories of Phantasm done by now. At this point, it's been long enough since I last left off on these shows that I'm going to be rewatching them from the beginning, perhaps sadly. On the other hand, VTuber Legend is going to hit different now that I have gotten familiar with the real thing. I have no idea what I should put for an ETA... maybe the second week of March? [now what about you, mr. richard poker]

Oh hell yeah. I've been posting some good clips (and occasionally whole streams) of various VTubers in the YT thread.

The thing about NFTs is that, while the general public has largely moved on (assuming they ever really took to them in the first place), there's always going to be a niche market of hyper-whales who are willing to stake money on a proof of stake that may or may not pay off. It's like how some anime mobile games stay afloat, the difference being that rolling for SSRs is cut and dry, while NFTs are often a means to an end that the token collectors probably don't care about. So how many people who buy the Anime.com tokens do you think will actually watch the show it's promoting? If something like this didn't work out for Neopets, it probably ain't gonna for you, blud.

Oh yay, I can't wait to watch a bunch of shows with TOM making surface-level and probably unnecessary comments, plus an occasional goodie! Except I forked over $21 to the House of Zaslav for the privilege of catching up on CSE, so that won't be necessary, and next time I'll just DVR the premieres. Toonami's branding has fallen so far that sometimes I wonder if we'd be better off without it, and if the future is going to contain a lot of encores from [as] proper that may or may not fit, then that would make the problem even more apparent.

So clearly, the solution is to kill Toonami before Lazarus premieres.
