Just think: We're getting Gigi in these things soon! Oh, and a late addition: Fuwamoco's 2nd anniversary stream.

Holo no Graffiti 323/324 So this is what the new Haato sounds like? Intriguing if so. I actually mostly wanted to get those out to acknowledge some things: We just passed the 20th anniversary of the original Idolm@ster arcade game's release, and next week, it'll mark 10 years since I did the first of my review posts for Squid Girl! This has me in the mood to do something special... but maybe not involving content ratings. I was thinking of actually rewatching these shows and doing all-new reviews for 'em, maybe downplaying the plot in favor of critical anaylsis now that I think of it. Or I could do new stuff, like finally get around to finishing those Cinderella Girls reviews (funny story about that franchise). Once I get some other stuff dealt with, I'll figure it out. [...ocd permitting]

I've only seen a little bit of the packaging, but for my money, it slaps. My favorite Toonami look of all time is the one they had in 2014-15, with the minimalist graphics on a black background. This one feels like a fusion of that and the 2018 style (which accompanied the first round of FLCL sequels), using green accents and a circular motif. It's super clean and feels like it belongs on the biggest screen possible.

All right! Finally, some good cookin'. I'll have to watch some episodes of this live, even if it'll make me extra tired at work the next day. Oh shit, they got HameFura S2. Now that's a show I wouldn't mind reliving on the block, assuming Sentai can deal it. -
Sorry. How about this: I will make an attempt to watch Rooster Fighter, and I'm sure I'll get some enjoyment out of it.

My boardiversary was sometime in April 2014. I've been involved in this shit for over eleven years now, ain't that grand.

It's out now... on Amazon's video service. I'm not sure if I'm gonna dust off my account I used to watch Made in Abyss for this one. I don't have a trailer or anything, but here are some static shots:

holoX MEETing! 1 There might be something else here. I doubt it, but I've gotten unexpectedly bad at maintaining my media log. Besides, this thread could use the bump.

Shrug. I probably wouldn't even have hated it had I watched it. I just would've thought it was mid and not worth bothering with after the fact.

Holo no Graffiti 319 [peko stranding ep soon]

At this point, I'm hoping they burn out the queue of [as]/Max originals, so this and Get Jiro, and then they decide to put the idea on mothballs. If DeMarco's involved, then that's an almost guaranteed no bueno. Maybe they can revisit the idea once he's retired, however long that may be, or however long before he gets kicked upstairs. I didn't even bother with Lazarus. Deleted it off my DVR before watching an episode. No offense to those who like it, but I have no room left in my noggin for any of these things.

Well, Mint's current stream is members-only. This is cooler, though.

Smiling Friends gets a preemptive renewal for Seasons 4 and 5
Blatch replied to Jman's topic in Toonami & [adult swim]
Clutch. Interesting how Smiling Friends is one of the only shows from the AT&T years that has stuck around, and even then, it's first season didn't air until a few months before the WBD merger was finalized.
