Yeah images from a recent style guide were released online yesterday and people were going ape-shit over em. ... most of them weren't aware that these were actually PAINTINGS done in a digital program in place of a CG model (I can tell, I have to do some like that for work). This, along with how you never see Sonic's full face yet in promo material, makes me think they aren't done building the CG model yet.
