Does it cost a lot to advertise outside of the block? All other networks do it. Hell I even see some broadcast commercials on their competitors' networks! Literally. Toonami is the only block I know that doesn't even do that! It seems so basic!

I suppose they only still have enough budget to produce a weekly DB Super topical per episode, and nothing else for the other shows. I mean if they can do one for Super, why not just the others? Also, air the commercials on other networks than CN!
