In the early Pre-Flight eps, the topics used to be about Toonami the block, not "what's your favorite blah de blah", and "this film that has nothing to do with Toonami"! One of them was "Top 5 Worst Toonami Moments (or decisions)?" where they admitted which ones of their past decisions weren't good, even saying some of them were "due to Adult Swim's meddling". We never hear any of that anymore.
