It is very vague, but I'm glad to know we can soon shed that feeling off of "TOONAMI IS ONLY LITTLE BOYS' SHONEN"! I am a tad sad that this means Re:Zero and the like won't be coming, since Re:Zero feels like what Toonami has aired for the past years so far. My guess is that they're going to air some Western action cartoons again, or at least one. Maybe a PREMIERE! Or maybe more seinen.

... they used the Crunchyroll site or app? If so, that could explain Crunchyroll once again going down yesterday.

One Piece 487 and 488

I love that unlike the previous shows, they're wasting no time in making Part 5! It's clear they're using the same animation team too! I suppose this is the "official" animation style they're sticking with in this franchise now. It's a bit limited and sketchy for me, but I wasn't distracted by it in Part 4.

Mochi is annoyed when an anime doesn't have any gay characters either, because it's under-representation.

Probably, in that both involve a high schooler using a pen to create works that affect others lives and they both share the same creative team, but other than that, there are no supernatural elements in Bakuman. It was recorded only in NY at the time. Think about how it could've affected the actors if it HAD been completed! Chris would've probably gotten his first break earlier than when he made the risky move to LA!

If you watched the K-On! movie dub, where they go to the UK and are mistaken for a legit band by an absent-minded restaurant owner hiring them for a gig? That's Little Kuriboh. It's the only time I ever heard him in an official dub. Also fun fact there's this anime translator who occasionally does voices named Marianne Miller. She is his wife. She most recently voiced Amanda O'Neille in Little Witch Academia.

I admit this isnt the saddest moment ever, but the music and narration doesn't help.
