Here is a picture of a partially nude roman mosaic to commemorate the occasion. and some minoan tits and a random monster, going with Humbaba for this. Because I felt like it, kind of sleep deprived at the moment.

I hope so, that was a crazy miracle finding an Italian restaurant that far from civilization. -
Yeah part of my plan involves tall cat proof fences around my back yard. also people proof, because fuck every other human being in my city. I'm thinking less like this and more like this https://www.diomedia.com/imagePreview/01AA8J8G?imageId=6798474&imageCode=01AA8J8G&contributor=imageBROKER+RM&siteName=www.diomedia.com&title=&location=&ds=800&newStyle=1&tc=FFFFFF&tbc=333333&qv=95&icc=1&cl=1[/img]

new york is nice, of all the other cities I have been to its the most like Boston, just much bigger, and the roads make sense. Also their harbor is still a toxic rancid pit of filth, we cleaned up ours years ago. So yeah better driving conditions, worse water. I mean I could see how people not used to cities would find it off putting, for me its just normal.

Good times.

Basically my wake sleep cycle is distorted, I have great difficulty going to sleep, staying asleep, and here is the kicker, staying awake. That's right I'm also mildly narcoleptic. The pills take between 30 minutes to an hour, and occasionally when I up the melatonin to 10 I get bad headaches. Beyond that the side effects are mild enough that I don't have much to comment on. Since half the things I listed are actually anti depressants I suppose they improve my mood but that's not why I take them. They probably cause me to be drowsy during the day but I take methylphenidate to compensate. Since I got my prescription for that refilled I have been active again, which is good. Oh did you mean who long does it take me to fall asleep? depends, sometimes an hour, sometimes 4. Its probably random. But without my pills, or a lot more alcohol than I normally drink... I can go days without sleeping. Not sure how many, the only time I ever ran out of my pills for more than a few days I was awake until I got the prescription refilled. By the end I was a shivering delirious husk. -
does he live in the middle of a city infested with feral cats, large rats, and no standing water that isn't polluted to the point of being toxic to amphibians? Chelsea used to have toads, when my father was little. they all died out a long time ago.
-
that or its a glitch.
-
In chelsea? Not very likely. Going to just find a native species and either buy or capture it, then introduce a male and a female. Probably a toad, they are more landy and therefore a better fit for a small pond. As for the pond, big hole, pond liner, some plants, clean water, and a sample of pond water full of appropriate microorganisms. I spent a lot of time researching it, I even have a sketch of the dimensions somewhere... Really the toads are just so the snakes have something to eat. Hoping to attract larger species.

True, and judging by my karma and like count my posts have a lot of grudging admiration.
-
ah, so they have to like you, not your posts. Seems kind of redundant to have it set up like that.
-
oh, well yes they are both adorable. They don't have them where I live, we just have toads and frogs, and they are very rare. I'm hoping to put a frog pond in the back when I am done with the basement, smokepit, and retaining wall, have to finish the important stuff first.
-
I'm not even sure what that is? What even is Karma, where does it come from? I mean on this site, obviously. Karma in the real world doesn't exist, its just something the hindus made up so they could justify making black Indians defacto slaves.
-
Not even close, snakes are reptiles salamanders are amphibians, their last common ancestor predates the first dinosaurs by hundreds of millions of years.

I'm glad the idiot's threads were deleted. They are barely worth the time necessary to insult them.

I take melatonin amitriptyline, and aripiprazole, all to knock me out, every night. Well unless I am at a con and drink so much I can't stand properly, but that is basically equivalent to taking that much medication. Sadly its starting to cease being effective, my doctor suggested increasing the dosage of melatonin from 5 to 10mg, 15mg max. When I reach that level it will be time to switch medication, anything to stave off my crippling life long sleep phase disorder. -
Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

Star Trek Discovery Transgender character
GaiusIuliusCaesar replied to ghostrek's topic in Free-For-All
Next Gen had an entire species of genderless humanoids, riker even fell in love with one of them, then they turned it into an allegory for "turn gay people strait" "therapy" in that riker's love interest decided they were female, and this was illegal in their culture so they arrested, tried, and "cured" her of having a gender. She later claimed to have been cured, its implied she was brainwashed. One of the few episodes that ends with a negative outcome, but I think they were trying to be subversive and it seemed to work. At least its one of my favorite episodes. It probably wasn't intended to raise gender identity issues given when it was produced but it definitely carries meaning toward that subject. Star Trek is great in that it regularly does shit like this. -
I hate hamsters, I had one once, it was an evil little bastard who gave me a bite that gushed blood. it later escaped from its cage and was never seen again, I assume my cats ate it, served the bastard right. As for gerbils, had one as a class pet once. It was cute, by my favorite rodent is probably a guinea pig, or rabbits, those are pretty cute. However to be honest I'm more of a predator person, hence the cats, and also I really want a pet snake of somekind, preferably a milk or corn snake. Nothing crazy, people who buy giant fucking snakes are just asking for trouble.

and humans are made of worthless space junk, ergo your argument about black market organs reduces to one about hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous, and several other trace elements commonly found in dirt you could literally find the components to make a person scattered all over the place for free. we are worthless, embrace this fact. Any cost in purchasing said components would be a matter of convenience, ie paying someone to gather them for you.

I looked into it and apparently this app records your browser history, I am not comfortable with that. I mean yeah the government can sell it to people now but I'm not about to give anyone permission to.
