Solid album. Officially a grower. Not as good as Like Clockwork but a nice change of pace.
I only really dislike one song. A couple more took repeated listens but I'm digging them.
Not really a fan of Ronson's production overall, but the bass is really prominent I the mix and Shuman really shines. Drums are too subdued, kind of flat otherwise.
Some of the lyrics are a little corny but that's okay. My biggest worry is that Homme might be running out of ideas musically, the album lacks the vitality of his best work, but most of the songs groove and rock.
