  1. And the guy who did is going to see it as well.
  2. I can only count on my fingers, the number of legitimate marriages I've seen.
  3. They exist in the Hanna Barbera universe. So, anything is possible. The birth of Jezrock Crystal, perhaps?
  4. I never had a broker mention anything about smell.
  5. Okay, so I have to buy a house, buy a car, pay somebody to drive it for me, marry a gold digger, get saddled with kids and spend every summer on Gotland before I'm an actual person? Who is really being materialistic here?
  6. So, driving and home ownership are your validation as a human being?
  7. I think an income without any schedules or obligations just about covers it. So, I had to build one up. It works.
  8. It is and I'm not disputing that. He's got more tricks in his hat than there are gallons of water in Lake Superior. So, just wait for it.
  9. It's why I spent so much time and energy, looking for a safe exit. https://www.facebook.com/reel/893617472702626?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v
  10. There's no contradiction. Brokers underbid. It's their nature.
  11. That's true. There's probably something else he could do instead.
  12. That Clip is forty years old. Things have changed since then. Brokers still underbid, but can't keep their licenses valid without meeting the new check requirements.
  13. Was it the drinkers that mattered in prohibition or did the police have more serious people to look at? Is it the druggies who matter in today's crocodile culture or do the police have more serious people to look at or even fear?
  14. I'm not doing anything different from what they did under similar circumstances. They did also live to see that superfluous and unfair law abolished, just as I may live to see the tobacco tax abolished after the civil disobedience becomes totally unbearable to way too expensive to enforce.
  15. So, you don't believe that New Jersey state law requires things like video of the transaction, seller identification and submission of the item for a police probe of whether the item has been reported stolen? ?
  16. So, you're okay with getting robbed and being denied a public service just because you don't recognize tenants as tax payers? A burglar is bad enough, but it could have turned out considerably worse for you. Maybe you don't care enough about yourself.
  17. I'm talking about my my grandmother's parents, who were both over twenty one in 1923.
  18. None of what you say is true at this time. And no, solar panels and windmills are never going to have any meaningful impact in terms of meeting our energy needs. It just simply isn't feasible. Try powering only the city of Fresno with nothing but solar or wind alone, and just like every place else it has been tried, and you're going to get nothing but chronic blackouts, brownouts and kwh rationing. On a related note, here's your solar sun god.
  19. I specifically said, GREAT grandparents, meaning that most of such relatives are already dead before the fourth generation is even born.
  20. Prohibition was a hypothetical? Unlike you, I knew my great grandparents personally and they lived through it. It wasn't some imaginary thing, only seen in flickering old movies.
