they take days out of our PTO for holidays, which is the dumbest thing ever. this is an "optional" holiday. i could have taken it off but i wanted the PTO day back since I know i'm going to need it

Yeah. When they said it was a market increase I assumed 2. But I also was expecting nothing so I mean I guess it's better but it still feels a bit like I didn't really get one
