    i didn't feel like waiting 2.5 months for it to sit at some asshole's desk, so yeah i threw them the extra 45(?) dollars. if i'm going to spend $140 anyway, another 40 to get it back in a reasonable amount of time is worth it

    not really, the mortgage isn't even all that bad on it's own but include the escrow, PMI, and HOA fees and yeah it's expensive

    for $40 a week you don't earn enough to have a taxable income. i mean teeeeeeeeeeechnically yes probably but i don't think they're going to come after you for such a small amount
