GNC wheybolic is fucking expensive. it went up to $60. i'm not trying to gain mass, just lean muscle. i've tried Muscletech but it's only 60ish% protein and it's mostly concentrate which is trash. GNC is 67% (used to be higher but they changed the formula to have more leucine) and is isolate/hydolyzed. i need something closer to 80% with a good BCAA count. Optimum Platinum Hydrowhey looks fairly similiar to what i take now, and it's about 75% protein but it's about the same price as the GNC one and it doesn't publish the BCAA ratio.
the first one is a department meeting, the second one is a section meeting, and the last one is just a follow up team meeting. the team meeting is where i'll be able to do that, the other two i'd just get escorted out by security
i have three hour long meetings to go to where i can't bring my laptop. so i get to sit there and hear them pat themselves on the back WE DID STUFF FOR THE COMPANY THIS YEAR, YAY MANAGEMENT.
Kohl's is overpriced the whole kohl's cash thing is a racket. if you like a specific designer, you'll usually get better quality buying directly from them online, though likely you'll pay more for it. malls are overpriced but sometimes the clearance sections even at Macy's can have decent stuff. i usually like Hilfiger or Polo because their stuff fits me better and since it runs expensive i basically live on clearance.
HOAs are private companies. at least i haven't seen one owned by a state government. they have an online form i can use to pay here. i still have to mail the form but i don't have to make out a check for $1 which i'd feel really silly for
depends. the ones i had a long time ago, i did. the one i just got out of we're still friends on facebook because we weren't really together for all that long so i didn't feel like i really needed to
a national geographic magazine from 1970 something with topless tribal women on it. i was like 15 or 16 and i was stuck at someone's house without internet for like a week
