Not really, I'm pretty laid back and people like that I'm funny and as added bonus I'm a good listener too so I try to help people with issues or problems they may have. On the flip side to that I can be an ass and my practical way of thinking tends to piss off some people.

Yup those are good little things to add to it, I mean if you are going to work for it might as well make you work for it. Plus depending on what people are into you could add little things like a timer challenge or they have to kneel on rice while they do it.
