Not a chief, I went vegan almost a year ago and I'm getting closer to a more whole foods based diet.
So because of that I've had to branch out and eat more things and cook/bake/make different things.
Some things have come out great and others not so much.
But that's true of anything.
The last good thing I ate was yesterday, for dinner I had Mushroom Spinach carbonara with cashew cream sauce with some Italian bread.
I also had some brownies with a black bean and avacado base. They were so fucking good.
