I don't smoke, therefore I am lame.

Maybe not everyone wants to smell weed all the time?
-
Fair point.

Well I get it, but on the other hand if you have an offensive odor to you, it shows you don't care not only about yourself, but about others around you and what they're forced to smell. It might be superficial, but it's also something typically easy to fix.

Dr. Why?

You can't leave me hanging like that.

I hate Yoshi-Hashi. He's a wrestler in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He looks like he's confused all the time, and he has my mother's hair from the 90's. I often times find myself not giving a shit about his matches, but he'll have like 1 or 2 a year in July or August that'll end up being good, only to return to me not caring about him. I recognize that he's good at making others look good, but I don't care if he wins or loses. I care more for the Young Lions (the trainees that open the shows), than I do Yoshi-Hashi. What do you hate for no reason?

I work nights and watch Japanese wrestling when I don't.

What are your New Year's hopes for 2019?

Well the matches for the upcoming major event and some story aspects and how they all intertwine. It's got English commentary, a translated website via google translate, and it's cheaper than WWE Network. -
I've been watching Dragonball and playing Smash Bros

NJPW World is cheaper per month/year than WWE network (999 Yen, or less than 10 bucks per month, bills on the first of every month), it has an OK English website (Google Translate), and the matches and stories are soooooo much better. January 4th, 2 am Eastern is their biggest show of the year, Wrestle Kingdom (2 am starts preshow). I say subscribe once the new year rolls around and check it out. The matches are Kenny Omega (c) (The Elite) vs Hiroshi Tanahashi (Taguchi-Japan) IWGP Heavyweight Title match, Kazuchika Okada (Chaos) vs Jay White (Bullet Club) (Jay White turned on Chaos, along with Gedo and Jado, this is a blood feud), Chris Jericho (c) vs Tetsuya Naito (Los Ingobernables de Japon) IWGP Intercontinental Title match, Cody Rhodes (c) (The Elite) vs Juice Robinson (Taguchi-Japan) IWGP US heavyweight title match, Guerillas of Destiny (c) (Bullet Club) vs Young Bucks (The Elite) vs Evil and Sanada (Los Ingobernables de Japon) IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Title match, Kota Ibushi (c) (The Elite) vs Will Ospreay (Chaos) NEVER Openweight Title match (there's no weight restrictions for this belt), Kushida (c) (Taguchi-Japan) vs Taiji Ishimori (Bullet Club) IWPG Junior Heavyweight Title match, Kanemaru and El Desperado (c) (Suzuki-Gun) vs Shingo Takagi and Bushi (Los Ingobernables de Japon) vs Roppongi 3K (Chaos) IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Title match, Tomorhiro Ishii (c) (Chaos) vs Zack Sabre Jr (Suzuki-Gun) Revolution Pro's British Heavyweight Title match, and the opener is a gauntlet match to determine the #1 contenders for the NEVER Openweight 6 Man Tag Team Titles, held by the Guerillas of Destiny and Taiji Ishimori (Bullet Club). This match is interesting, it has 5 teams, but only 2 in the ring at one time. Once one team gets beat, the next comes out. It's also interesting because of the teams involved. Chaos was formed when Shinsuke Nakamura and Toru Yano betrayed Togi Makabe in Great Bash Heel. Makabe and Yano haven't tagged together in like 8 or so years, until Road to Wrestle Kingdom, and now again in this match. They used to be the Most Violent Players, and they are again, teaming with Ryusuke Taguchi. So basically, the only 2 guys left from Great Bash Heel were Makabe and Honma, so they basically folded into Taguchi-Japan/Seki-gun, which were the wrestlers that were unaffiliated with any other faction. Jay White Gedo and Jado betrayed Chaos so bad, joining Bullet Club, that it united long time rivals in Okada and Tanahashi, who were basically the Ric Flair and John Cena of NJPW, but sorta....reversed. If Flair was young and Cena was just a bit older than he is now. MEANWHILE, the Elite guys (mainly Omega, Young Bucks, Hangman, Scurll, and Rhodes) left Bullet Club since they were clearly babyface and had different motivations than the OG Bullet Club guys, leaving Chase Owens and Yujiro Takahashi stuck in the middle. I think they're technically Elite right now. Anywho, the teams for that match are Most Violent Players (Toru Yano (Chaos) and Togi Makabe (Great Bash Heel/Taguchi-Japan)) and Ryusuke Taguchi vs Yuji Nagata, Jeff Cobb, and David Finlay (Taguchi-Japan) vs Best Friends (Trent Beretta and Chuckie T) and Hirooki Goto (Chaos) vs Minoru Suzuki and Killer Elite Squad (Lance Archer and Davey Boy Smith Jr) (Suzuki-Gun) vs Hangman Page, arty Scurll, and Yujiro Takahashi )The Elite). If you want any more story elements, let me know. -

Better/newer pro wrestling across the board. Whether NJPW gets even better and expands into the US more, ROH survives without some of its top draws and gets a better TV deal (They did sell out MSG with NJPW the night before Wrestlemania), new promotions spring up from said ROH guys that left, Impact gets a better TV deal, or everyone is able to group together and essentially force WWE to improve their product. I hope Chris Jericho announces his second cruise for 2019, not 2020....even though it looks like it'll be 2020. And I hope everyone has a drunk and naked new year. -
That would truly be the worst of timelines. One where Russia infiltrated the American voting system, implanting a puppet....one where the Adult Swim boards shut down.....one where even my own penis is shriveled. Thankfully none of that is real.

10 fucking years of it is extremely annoying. Edit: This is no exaggeration either. I remember these posts from fucking 2008.
