I have a very short intention span, people assume it means I'm stupid, just can't really focus on topics I'm not too interested in, my memory is worst on medication right now, hoping to get it switched soon. But I have heard a bit about fatalism and thats like, whats the point cause everything will eventually fail and die right? Elon Musk said something along those lines. lol

No one said all of them were dangerous, only some who have had their illness ignored, or who have violent thoughts. Its you who keeps pushing this narrative, in hoping you can how somehow discredit, there they are some people out there who could highly benefit being in an asylum instead buying gun and getting revenge. My grandmother was schizophrenic, she was so bad my father and his brother had to be put up with adoption. Because not everyone can handle their mental illness well enough.

Demanding more from them, believe it or not, I'm not proud of many things democrats have done, but at least they aren't in pure denial like the GOP. Tell that to their parents and friends. But I guess bi polar manic depression is the only mental illness that matters right?

Ahh, you feel threatened under these circumstances, but no one said people where going to take guns away. That's a fear, and fear can make people react in multiple ways too. Instead of ignoring the topic all together, what if the government was given more funding on the different types of mental illness, and see what experiences, and states people are in to purchase a gun, maybe have a psychiatrist letter before purchasing large amounts of ammo? There is different ways it can break down, but cynicism in doing nothing is going to help anyone. Also I'd say if someone has enough ball to slide a razor down their wrist their mental issues are very much real, but I guess it's easier to try to invalidate others so our own messages feel more heard.

I was actually referring to the personal making fun of mental health. It's dangerous to make assumptions about mental health, sorry if I confused ya.

I kinda see some shitposting as good, as in just trying to keep up conversation, and all that jazz. Not every conversation has to be an amazing one per say.

Gah I forgot to mention that living in Cali is also great cause we got a lot weed, and it does help me calm down. As for internalizing everything, I should probably find some release in jogging again, been thinking about it, but haven't just done it yet.

Much of our nations government shut down so many mental health programs in the 80s and there hasn't been real funding for it since. It's awlful how people ignoring this problem, it also leads an increase to the homeless population too. We find so many excuses to make tax cuts but never stop and think how it will affect the future.

A psychopath is someone with a mental illness. Also, the usually brings up a great point, in the beginning of their illness things can be fine, but as time progresses ignoring syptoms, they can grow into a deeper hatred. No human is stagnant, people change as they grow, and people isolated for a very long time can react in very violent ways, do I mean all people? No, I mean the ones who suffer from various illness and can do down different paths, including violence.

We are born to move beyond our natural state so long as it aids in our survival.

I don't know how banning will help, I was thinking more, if people expect more from the boards, maybe they should consider the content of their posts and if they hate certain threads, than please, make one better, ya know?

My depression has made it hard for me to play video games right now, it's been so bad where I have new games with the plastic wrap I really want to play, but just don't have the energy to turn on my ps4. But I can complain on here.

I can see deleting one or two posters who don't really contribute coherent posts so that makes sense, I also understand if people really busy too, I know I was for the last year. Idk, I just think people can misconstrue threads as vapid instead of considering people might be trying to spread some positivity.

But they aren't dumb, they are epic. Thats a great reason to be mad actually. If I were honest a lot of things piss me off mentally, can't really help it, but I try to react and just internalize everything.

Believe it or not, I would consider you an habitual poster, based on consistently. I haven't like posted in months until recently, so I guess I'm referring to lurkers and hiders like me who make excuses for themselves. There are a ton of lurkers. O__O
