Yup, not even their fault. Couldn't have seen this coming after the fantastic first season. I'll still watch it but I never thought the second season would end up as seemingly just a race to finish/skip through it and end it fast as possible after such a great start.

For most of the ep yeah. But during that briefing in the past when he was pissed at Zeke's plan, after they went over the outline of it, was one time back when he still sounded his old self and that moment where he still said how much everyone meant to him, and then of course we switched back to them talking about him in the present with Connie questioning if the Eren in the present is even still him and if they'd need to take him down.
