Why wouldn't it? Not only was the deal made before the sale (and Adult Swim took part in production) so it's likely legally locked in, Funimation (Sony's Funimation Group is now the owner of Crunchyroll) puts tons of stuff on Toonami anyway. Hell, they've done co-releases with Adult Swim themselves such as Space Dandy.
