    Yeah, it was a little bonus short they made and released on Cruchyroll and (later?) Youtube during the lead up to Blade Runner 2049 directed by Watanabe (from Bebop, Champloo etc). It was a prequel to 2049, taking place after the original movie but before the new one. Black Lotus is 2032 so it's taking place 10 years after Black Out and also before the new one.
