    I'd just like to point out even when Sentai was called ADV they had a fondness for giving characters odd regional accents that weren't totally fitting like how they gave everyone in Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi Texas accents

    ABOUT THAT there was a similar issue back in the 90's with a Pokemon Manga called "Electric tail of Pikachu" the author was a HARDCORE Futa artist....and he could not be bothered to NOT make the Pokemon comic he was making FOR KIDS porny.....it's been a mystery for decades why Nintendo thought Hiring him was a good idea

    I genuinely think this anime is bad......so I kinda think the horrible dub is appropriate Kinda like how 90's Sailor Moon benefitted from a crappy dub for comedy reasons

    after that death scene I'm positive Reki is trying to encourage Yaoi fan shipping....also the voice actors have been on twitter (and at anime conventions) pushing the Kirito X Eugeo ship for Fake "woke" cred so at some level they're winking and nudging at that....I just don't belive Reki is that progressive...or if he is he'll fuck it up royally
