It would be interesting if, for one of their holiday marathons, Toonami tried a block of nothing but shows that reference baseball! It would look something like this: 10:30 Dragon Ball Super #70 11 PM FLCL Progressive #2 11:30 FLCL #4 12 AM JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders 41-42 1 AM Samurai Champloo Episode 23 ...any other suggestions?

I'll admit that's kind of a clever way to say "Reruns of Progressive", but if that was meant as an insult to Progressive, I agree with Ben here.

Is it just me or did the Pillows' surprisingly metal riffs over the red tones in the sky, the menacing presence of Atomsk, and the coating of every human on the planet except 5 with some sort of petrifying dough in part 1 have sort of a "FLCLocalypse" vibe to them??

This kinda felt like the 9th episode of AOT S2, in which heroes and (former?) villains are stuck in a compromising position together and have a dialog. But there WERE some interesting twists outside of it, including the bizarre game-loving actions of the Chimera Ant King!
