C: My fermentation buckets and still will also be down there D: the amount of tools I have are too great E: The lounge/bar has decent acoustics for what I need BUUUUT Once I build a garage out back, that room is free to soundproof

I couldn't help myself. This is only about 1/4 done, though. I have lots more to organize and put together, including altering the lighting because oh my god who needs 47,000 watts of light in a room the size of an average bedroom

I threw a rubber band on this old Technics SL-B2 turntable I found, and its a wee bit too tight. Imagine Grandmaster Flash - Fly Girl slowed down by 0.75 on Youtube, but with the pitch also lowered due to lack of speed.
