It's a DNS issue.

I think we'll be getting rid of ads soon. They don't really provide any useful income for the amount of annoyance they generate. They only made us $33 this month and that's not even half of the server cost.
I've also changed the ad settings so it should be showing about half as many ads soon. Apparently google can target the ones that perform the best and only show those.
It does take like 6 hours for any changes I make to ads to get reflected.
Concerned that I'm seeing ads here that I don't see in the ad dashboard though. It's supposed to let me approve/deny all of them.
Unfortunately I can't turn off those big square ones on mobile, because they're part of the most basic ad set google offers.
That being said, I think if you X them out google will show them less.
