I'm attempting to do a reasonable facsimile of one of the Butchers from Dark Souls. Just, without the being naked under the apron part.

Currently have a test forum set up. Converting users works perfectly. Converting all the posts to IPB takes about 13 hours per try, and it's not working completely right now, so it's a little slow going until I figure out why. Once I've confirmed posts get converted properly, we'll start the plan to move the forum. Stay tuned.

I am actually testing out the conversion as we speak. It's currently converting posts, which is taking several hours. You can definitely expect the forum to be down for a day when we move.

Over the last week, and especially since the announcement today, people keep telling me they don't see the rules enforced. I want you to understand that neither I, nor the moderation team goes through and reads every single post on this forum. You have to use the report button if you see something you think shouldn't be here. I get tale after tale of horrible things other users do in my PM inbox and never see reports about these things. As it stands we only see reports from maybe 4 or 5 users total. We can't enforce rules if you wont report people who break them.

I think I see why you've had such a problem with people on this forum. You seem to be too stupid to functionally understand English.

In case you hadn't noticed, this forum changed leadership recently. Did you not notice that? I think you had to have noticed that. So, if you were an intelligent, reasoning person - you'd realize that the enforcement of rules and moderation of this forum would be changing as well. And, to continue on that subject, if you had a modicum of critical thinking skills, you might think - oh, I bet they'd make an announcement about such a change of enforcement. You know, maybe like the one you quoted. But that's if you thought about it. Which you didn't.

Calling people slurs is not OK. Telling people you want them to kill themselves is not OK. Threatening people with violence/harassment is not OK. If you do these things you are not welcome in, and will be removed from, this community.
