But for the first time in around 30 years, my city house I want nothing to do with has heat! (Pic was taken before it was totally done... and I am awaiting a condensate pump from Amazon but HORRAY nonetheless)

PhilosipherStoned Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 My heat is good.. just a wall furnace, but it's hooked to thermostat, and gets the job done in a two bedroom. I just need to make some improvements to the cooling. It's not even summer yet, and last year here in Tx I was sweating balls with just this one window unit in.

But it's still at a bare minimum. The A/C can wait because the whole house is red brick and always seems cool inside. Luckily it's also 2 blocks from Franklin & Marshall University, which is a BIIIIG selling point.
