Rogue_Alphonse
about 8 hours into this install... including cleaning out the basement a bit and lots of goofing off. But for the first time in around 30 years, my city house I want nothing to do with has heat! (Pic was taken before it was totally done... and I am awaiting a condensate pump from Amazon but HORRAY nonetheless)

GaiusIuliusCaesar
I just finished prepping the garden for planting. I also went liquor shopping, got that special beer flavored jameson we talked about before. and johnny walker double black, and some beer and some gin. PhilosipherStoned
My heat is good.. just a wall furnace, but it's hooked to thermostat, and gets the job done in a two bedroom. I just need to make some improvements to the cooling. It's not even summer yet, and last year here in Tx I was sweating balls with just this one window unit in. Rogue_Alphonse
A furnace To keep your ass warm at night and cool during the summer No, just the warm part. I didn't install an A-coil and condensing unit... the next owners can have that done.

Rogue_Alphonse
that would increase selling value You have no idea what is being done to this house to increase selling value. But it's still at a bare minimum. The A/C can wait because the whole house is red brick and always seems cool inside. Luckily it's also 2 blocks from Franklin & Marshall University, which is a BIIIIG selling point.
