That being said, I am not a fan of her dub voice. Sounds like her VA's trying to do an accent but is only succeeding it sounding like she has some vague speech impediment. Quote

At least, I was banking on that being the case for Axel. The moment he raised his hand, a piece of my hopes for this series sticking a 10/10 landing come the finale curled up and died. For me, petty shit like that is what I find at fault with this show, not disorganized exposition, not terrible dialogue, and certainly not a bad dub. Wasted potential. It sure is a thing. Quote

Would've been far more interesting a reason than the "proper ladies don't listen to rock, let alone play it" reason the show's officially giving. Hey, at least it's still better than Axel taking Hapna like everybody fuckin' else on the planet. Can't wait to hear what his excuse is a few cold opens from now... Quote
