I've never had a problem with it before this last year or so. I'm not sure if it's a brand new development or something I've had for a while and I'm just now noticing it because it's gotten bad enough to effect my sleep quality, but if it gets any worse I feel like I'm gonna need a doctors visit or some kind of medical treatment. Is there anyone here that also deals with it? If so are there any remedies or treatments that you've found successful? Those masks and CPAP machines don't look fun at all. :LithiumSmileyS:

Well make sure you actually have sleep apnea. I was treated for it for years until i found out its this gastric thing that was waking me up during my sleep studies.

Now i just own a cpap for no reason...so thats 8k you dont have to spend if you get diagnosed incorrectly.

Well I've had sinus issues that cause me to almost always have to sleep with my head elevated and my throat doesn't feel right. Could be sinusitis or some kind of chronic throat inflammation causing me to bug out. So basically it was indigestion waking you up and not your airways being restricted? Damn so many things can seem like sleep apnea...I'm going to have to do one of those sleep studies I guess to know for sure.
