S2 of Mashle airs on Netflix June 9, no word on Toonami airing

Mashle was like…the one thing Toonami had going for it this year.  Thank goodness they have Bleach.

If it ain't branded as Netflix Original, it's still on the table, no matter how sloppy the seconds are.

So long as Netflix didn’t grab exclusivity, there is nothing to worry about. 
 

Personally I assume Toonami will be tactical with any possible pickup they can land. Right now, Bleach and Blue Exorcist are holding things down. They don’t need Mashle too. If Bleach goes on a mid season break though? Mashle can bridge the gap. 
 

Gone are the days of a fully loaded schedule. Anymore they just want to avoid a repeat of March and April where we had zero shows.

A repeat of March, yes, though rerun it was, Common Side Effects was quite good. And we DID have One Piece.

But April (and early May) had Lazarus as well; also not "nothing". Starting this Saturday, we've got 5 solid block premieres in a row; can't ask for more than that!
