I hate every time this comes up both publicly and privately because I truthfully can’t stand seeing you in pain. 

I want you to live a happy life. And I can’t say that’s easy for you to obtain, but you at least have to stop thinking so lowly of yourself. It makes me very concerned for you that you can’t accept yourself for the capable person that you are.
