Top Gun
One of the all-time greats. I've barely dipped my toe into his work, and I'd like to see far more of it.
Martinman
One of my first exposures to anime came from Galaxy Express 999 on (I believe) the Sci Fi channel back in the day. PokeNirvash
Of Leiji's works, I've only seen the first six episodes of Star Blazers via SyFy Ani-Mondays (which were airing on Thursday around that time) at half-attention, and all but the finale of Submarine Super 99. I might go ahead and finish it later this month. R.I.P.
