They give them extra leniency. Which is very problematic if they are pushing misinfo or questionable content. It's prioritizing engagement over user safety. Not a huge surprise though. Its a garbage platform where the dumbest of dumb things come from. Its basically where the people too stupid for all the other social media sites wind up.
