I'm surprised that he didn't cremate her first. It's cheaper than embalming, and interring an urn would take less space on the course.

(Actually, I'm surprised that he had any power to do anything with her body. Isn't that a next of kin kind of thing?)

Her kids are the 3 Teat-Suckers - Ivanka, Junior, and Eric. 

Since they are often the ones laundering money for profit on behalf of the Blob by calling themselves 'consultants' in family business, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't have agreed to this crap because there's probably money in it for them.

He is taking advantage of the 2006 NJ Cemetery Act to get tax breaks for owning property that has an interred body.
