Zenigundam Posted March 8, 2017 Author Posted March 8, 2017 We both know that the answer is no. Why's that? Wrongful termination pending I would believe
Zenigundam Posted March 8, 2017 Author Posted March 8, 2017 Did you get fired from the liquor store job?? Read my original thread and tell me your thoughts honestly. This is so insane haha. Do you think I could still be employed there? I feel like they basically HAVE to fire me. http://unevenedge.imfapp.in/free-for-all/think-i-just-lost-my-liquor-store-job/
HardcoreHunter Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 In most states, fired employees can collect too, as long as they weren't fired for intentional misconduct
Zenigundam Posted March 8, 2017 Author Posted March 8, 2017 Do you consider my actions intentional misconduct? Also, it's in NJ http://unevenedge.imfapp.in/free-for-all/think-i-just-lost-my-liquor-store-job/
Swimmod_Luna Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 In my state one of the questions they ask for unemployment is if you're mentally capable of working and you have to say yes in order to be eligible. You're clearly insane and need to be hospitalized before you kill someone so I'd say no. Maybe SSI though if you go get a diagnosis.
HardcoreHunter Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 If your boss asked you to not do something and you did it anyway then it's misconduct. You can try and file, the worst that will happen is they tell you no. As well when you told the manager "Fuck You" that would count as misconduct.

She provoked it with her dismissive, betchy mannerisms, so I don't think it was totally "willful" or whatever that word you used was, I'm drunk.
Swimmod_Luna Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Lmao nah that's not what's happening. <3 But SSI...Free money
Naraku4656 Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 But SSI...Free money don't forget to send some to me. all i have is one half of one noodle now. the nights are cold and long
