As soon as I get cleared, I've got a couple of twisty-stretchy things that I used to do for my waistline. Time to start working on it again, seeing as how for the first time in years, I have one. :-D

i most work on my tummy, arms, butt, and legs.

 

I want abs, but i don't want to lose my thickness. Reverse crunches are a bitch.
