I like the idea of being ripped more than the thought of getting ripped.

Then shake weight is the thing for you, bro

That's basically what it says on the shake weight website.....

you want the bowflex I bought 8 years ago and never use?

I've actually seen shake weights, but a bowflex....I've never even heard of someone owning one of those things

You should keep it and take good care of it....It could be worth real money one day....a priceless artifact......

did chuck norris endorse it? I can't remember

I was hyped when I bought it, it was just the base model because those things can get stupid expensive

The only problem is it only came with a 160 or 180 lbs of weight resistance so it was really only good for getting the blood pumping on most exercises

Mine was $600 off Amazon

I just remember the commercials and while I'm not 100%, I think those "easy payments" added up to around 3k....Getting one 8 years ago off amazon may have made them cheaper because I remember the commercials from Jr. high

no judgment here.....I bought the jumpsole shoes....the ones with the platforms that you work out in so you can jump higher and eventually dunk

I thought I was going to fly
