I wouldn't pay to see it In the previews, it seems that the actual creepiness from the drawings is missing from the monsters, and that's why I haven't been all that interested in watching it. I wish someone had spent the money trying to bring that atmosphere out of it.

They were saying how the books were scarier. There were maybe 2 times were I got a little anxious but it wasnt scary. There was a goddamn toddler in the theater and they were unphased.
