Deep breaths. Use the energy to focus on what you have to do right now, to think and concentrate., and then go home. The work day's almost over.

I am and i havent felt manic in anyway in a long time. I had a short work day and i think i just got over excited or something and i panicked. Im back to regular crappy mode now tho. I shouldn't have said anything..i was just scared
