Said defective item screws into the top of the engine on my Jeep, and when you unscrew it, coolant comes out - so you have to swap it fast. Either way it was about $16 and is the size of my thumb.

I have to send it back. As far as I know, they cost like $12 or so before markup... as in it's a "low cost" item. Why the fuck do they want it back?!

I was thinking maybe quality control policy so they can figure out why it's defective? Or they don't want anyone scamming them no matter how cheap?
