fuggstop
I missed some aloe from the plant into my face cream and my skin feels incredible (the face cream alone is magic). Mom says not to use the plant on my face and to buy aloe from the store ... thoughts?

midnight
Aloe, directly from the plant, is safe to use on your skin. It is natural and free of chemicals. The best form of aloe you can get. You don't want to put it on an opened wound, but it is good for the skin, and good for burns. We have them. Nothing wrong with using it. Tell your mom to chill. 1
TrigunBebop
Fun fact: Aloe plants have latex in them. Spoiler It's not the same latex you find in a rubber tree though.
