Everyone says three times is normal, i guess. I poop way more than that.

Usually one good one in the morning and some days I'll take a smaller one at night.

Depends on what i eat....coffee and oatmeal has me on the toilet several times. Other than that, once a day.

The rate can be anywhere between 0 and 4 depending on how awful I feel that day. Note that in order to not feel awful, I’d need at least 1-2
