If i had won I'd be quietly planning everything out with a lawyer and financial planning firm. You have up to a year to claim it I believe, and it's better to make sure you have all your ducks in a row so you can do it right.

Especially with that amount of money. With half that payout you already have to move and change your numbers. God knows what you have to do with even more money.
