I really wish I had a better grill.

i have a grill in the garage i've never used, and a basically new propane tank that just needs to be filled

and the kicker is the place immediately across the street fills propane tanks

and yet the grill still sits in the garage with an empty tank

Dude no, never grill with gas. You grill with charcoal or wood.

Normally, I do. But all that's here is this nice, well-seasoned propane setup.

Last time I grilled, it was charcoal and whiskey cask chips.

And I bet you end up getting a charcoal grill and using it
