Thanks! Good luck to you too! I’m 8 days in, and it’s going pretty well. I’ve smoked two cigarettes compared to the 160+ I would have normally smoked. 1

Ginguy Posted June 8, 2018 Posted June 8, 2018 To those who are quitting, keep it up. It can be done, I went from two packs a day to quitting and have been smoke free for 20 years now. Altoids helped.
