I also believe in the physical discipline to go along with the mental one to be happy. I even walked 40 minutes home from school today, and then forgot my key, so I walked to the park for a bit. lol

I think the heaviest backpack I ever had was in middle school. We had 7 classes and all of them would give homework so I'd have to take all 7 books home plus my notebooks and shit. I'm pretty sure at one point 12 year old me developed a 2 pack from just lugging that backpack around
