of how much someone can piss you off before you are allowed to punch them in the nose, lol

no seriously how much harrassment and antagonizing can take place before a violent response is warranted?

or is it ever?

no, no we probably make better friends than enemies my boy

Is taking things personally like a shtick with you.....I'm in no mood to antagonize you....It's not fun anymore.....I really was looking for precedent of such a thing but got sidetracked with Sponges story.

For punching, i dont think there is one.

Get a gun, you can just say you felt threatened and youre good.

Well, that's depressing

America...it's okay to kill someone if you feel threatened, just don't break their nose.

I think in common law, which is the law that usually governs our fine country in most civil and criminal matters, the instigator generally gets the heaviest punishment.

So someone can piss you off and say shit that bothers you, but when you haul off and whack someone in the dome, you're the instigator and they're the victim.

We're usually expected to act like adults even when other people refuse to do the same.

Only in states with a Stand Your Ground law.

So mumbo should move to Florida.

Looking forward to some great Florida Man articles soon.
